Melissa worked with KEVIN.MURPHY, a worldwide beauty company from Sydney, Australia, for several years. She was asked to help the company standardize its worldwide product education materials and increase stylist engagement. The project had two phases.

Phase 1: Creating a worldwide curriculum
In the past, corporate trainers only had a few training sessions and few guidelines. But as the company grew, it was clear product and service training was necessary.

After shadowing several expert trainers from different regions, Melissa created a system of materials for each class and/or product line, which included:​

Melissa designed an educational app for stylists, distributors, and retail salespeople, which included widgets that provided:
